A Manchester man has been arrested in connection with a burglary at Horse Creek Holiness Church. Bobby Grubb age 43 of Bales Fork Road was charged with burglary (third degree) after Clay County Sheriff Deputy Jeremy Garrison investigated an alarm complaint at the church.
