Timothy Robbins age 47 of Memorial Drive (Manchester) had to be tasered twice during an arrest attempt by Kentucky State Police Troopers.
Kentucky State Police (KSP) Trooper Jarod Smith was looking for Robbins on KY 80 when he was spotted in a parking lot in front of Sibert’s Trailer Park. When he saw police he went over a fence onto Paw Paw Road. Smith shouted a verbal command to stop but Robbins refused.
Two co-defendants of Eugene Slone of Paw Paw have been sentenced in association with his drug case. Ruth Beckner and Malla McCown were sentenced in Federal Court in London.
Slone is charged with killing two people in Knott County in 2012 allegedly because they providing information to law enforcement which led to drug charges against Slone. The last action in his case was a review of a sealed motion in March.

Stewart is charged with: convicted felon in possession of a firearm; complicity to commit murder; complicity to commit robbery (first degree) and complicity of theft by unlawful taking (firearm). Morsch is charged with murder; robbery (first degree) and theft by unlawful taking (firearm).
