Jessica Bowling-Hoskins has been promoted from her sales account position to Sales Manager at the Manchester Enterprise. She replaces Rodney Miller who is no longer with the Enterprise.
Newspaper Vice President Glenn Gray announced those changes Monday. Heather Mays has moved into the sales account position Bowling occupied.

A Belles Creek man has been charged in connection with a neighbor break-in. Steven C. Hopkins age 24 of Belles Creek Road (Manchester) was charged after an investigation by Clay County Sheriff Office and Deputy Taye Napier.
Quick work by the Manchester Police Department has led to stolen items being recovered and returned to their rightful owner.
