A joint investigation by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office and the Kentucky State Police has led to the arrest of a Paces Creek man on meth charges according to Detective Chris Curry, the lead investigator in the case.
A state inmate was caught with a syringe and what appeared to be Suboxone last week according to Patrick Robinson, of the Manchester Police Department.

A thirty-year-old father of three was killed in a fire that is suspected of being arson. The body of Mickey Henson of Rocky Branch Road in Clay County was discovered after two local fire departments responded to a fire at his home.
