Memorial Hospital Celebrates ED Open House
Manchester Memorial Hospital celebrated the expansion of its Emergency Department and construction of a new wing with a public open house on Monday, Apr. 29. Several dignitaries attended the event, including Senator Robert Stivers and Congressman Hal Rogers. The ribbon cutting took place at 11 a.m., and was preceded by facility tours and refreshments.

County Faces a Half Million in Damages, Says Judge-Executive
After last weeks’ flash flood, the county was “Declared a Disaster Area” and is bracing for at least a half million dollars worth of repairs for the damages that resulted, says County Judge-Executive Joe Asher.
