Rogers On New EPA Proposed Rule

Monday, U.S. Rep. Harold 'Hal' Rogers (KY-05) released the following statement regarding the Environmental Protection Agency's proposed rule to regulate carbon emissions from coal-fired power plants, cutting carbon-dioxide emissions by 30% from 2005 levels.
