Bill would raise minimum wage from $7.25 to $10.10 per hour by July of 2016
A bill raising Kentucky's minimum wage, passed through the Kentucky House of Representatives on Thursday with bipartisan support. House Bill 1, raises the hourly wage of hard-working Kentuckians currently making the minimum wage.
Last week a capacity crowd attended a Tourism Meeting that was held on the EKU Manchester Campus. Terry Gray, Director of the Manchester Campus was gracious enough to provide Stay in Clay, a progressive movement group in Clay County, with a conference room to hold the meeting in.
