Free Friday Night Movies in the park

Starting this Friday night, the City of Manchester and the Clay County Family Resource Center will be co-hosting “Free Friday Night Movies in the Park”. These movies, all completely FREE, will be playing at the Rawlings & Stinson Park every Friday night in June starting at 9 p.m.

“Flower Bandit” arrested

Jacqueline Jeanette Curry, 33, formerly of Curry Branch, was arrested at approximately 10:00 a.m. Sunday in downtown Manchester, after an early morning spree of theft and vandalism of city property.

New look for an old friend

Parkway Express received a new facelift last week. Owners Freddie McWhorter and Scott Hacker say, " It's for the community! "
