Commonwealth files notice to seek death penalty for Morsch, Stewart

Commonwealth’s Attorney Gary Gregory, through his assistant Harold Rader, filed notice last Wednesday in the court files of Joshua Morsch and Kathy Stewart that he does intend to seek the death penalty for their alleged December 6 murder of 74-year-old Earl Woods.
