Grubb Murder Case Pushed to 2012
The case against a Manchester man charged with murder has been post-poned until next year, according to the Circuit Clerk’s Office.

The Manchester Memorial Hospital Foundation kicked off it’s first ever Project Pink Stiletto Stroll sign up Monday at the hospital.Memorial Hospital Foundation will be signing up individuals or teams of five throughout the week.

Sheriff Calls for Prosecution of Dealers, Doctors
Two people were hospitalized Tuesday, and police suspect that they were victims of overdose.
The two incidents were completely separate. Sheriff Kevin Johnson says after investigating, police found the pills were legally prescribed to the two individuals.
Johnson says investigations further revealed the individuals had a history of prescription drug abuse.
Voter Registration Deadline Nears
Clay Turnout History LowThis coming Tuesday is the last day to register to vote before the November 8 General Election, according to County Clerk Mike Baker.
Voters will go to the poles in November to make their pick for Governor and Lt. Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, State Auditor, State Treasurer, and Commissioner of Agriculture.
Harris Sworn In As US Marshal
Two Eastern Kentucky law enforcement officials were sworn in as U.S. Marshal Task Force officers.Among them was Manchester Police Officer Gary Harris.
