Head-On Collision on Horse Creek Critically Injures Three People
A head-on collision around 7:40 AM Wednesday morning resulted in three people being flown to UK Medical Center. According to investigators at the scene, the gray Saturn, seen above, driven by Jonathan Griffey, 19, took a curve on Highway 80 at a high rate of speed, crossing the center lane.
Investigators then say he ran one vehicle off the road, lost control, and crossed the center lane, colliding head-on with a white Nissan, driven by Terry Collins, 29, of London, and her four-year-old son, Peyton.
London Could Be on Manchester’s Heels
Construction has begun at Speedway in Manchester, to drop in their pre-fabricated beer cave. Rite Aid recieved it's beer license on press time Tuesday, the third beer license to be issued in Manchester.
Licenses for beer continue to roll in, as Rite Aid in Manchester made the third local business to receive its beer license Tuesday.
Last week, Speedway received a beer license, and has begun tearing up foundation in order to drop in a pre-fab “beer cave”.
