Angela Rice, DO, joined Manchester Memorial Hospital’s Family Medical Care clinic on November 5.
Dr. Rice was born and raised in Clay County, and made the decision to come back to Manchester in order to focus more on her family and her work as a physician.
Editor’s Note: Last week’s edition of The Manchester Enterprise contained the findings of two out of five committees on the possible reconfiguration of Clay County Schools. Those committees analyzed facilities and extra curricular activities.
Following are the reports of the other three committees. The areas they examined are: Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment; School Population: Transportation and District Boundaries; and, Budget.
The offices of The Manchester Enterprise will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday Thursday and Friday of this week.
The three newly elected members of the Clay County Board of Education are collectively looking to see improvements in morale and results.
The possible reconfiguration of Clay County Schools is going to be a complicated, expensive project, according to the reports of five committees.
