Manchester City Police have captured two individuals involved in separate theft cases. Leslie (AKA "Co-Jack") Henson and William (AKA "Boo Boo") Jones. Both were arrested and taken to the Clay County detention center.
Manchester native Trey Bowling teed off early Tuesday morning in the PowerBilt Kentucky Open hoping for his second Kentucky Open championship.
