Independent study shows Clay County third graders doing well in reading

According to a study released last week by the nonprofit, non-partisan Education Consumers Foundation (ECF), the vast majority of Clay County third grade students are reading well, despite most of them being eligible for the free and reduced lunch program.

Dr. Kishore Jadhav to be sentenced in February
