Manchester Memorial Hospital held a Groundbreaking Ceremony Friday, marking the beginning of a $7.5 million extension project for the community hospital.
Seven to Apply for Liquor Licenses
Deadline ApproachesThe application deadline for retail liquor by the package will end next week, says Mayor George Saylor.
According to the Mayor, the applications to sell retail liquor by the package in Manchester must be approved by the City of Manchester and in the ABC Board’s Frankfort office by September 9.
Senior Center Takes Huge Cut
The Clay County Old Timers’ Senior Center will be taking a huge budget cut over the next three years. This was the possible verdict of the last meeting with the Cumberland Valley Area Development District Agency on Aging.
