New Gridiron Coach Says Tigers Are Adapting Well

New Tiger football Head Coach Kenny Roark goes over instructions during a recent Clay County practice.

With just under a month to go before the Clay County Tiger football team kicks off their 2011 football season, first-year Head Coach Kenny Roark says his players and staff is adjusting well to his new schemes.

“I think everyone’s adapting well,” said Coach Roark, “They’ve never been around anything like this.”

Two Arrested After Maple Street Robbery

Zakery Burritt, 20 and Brett Carroll, 22 both of Manchester are facing charges for burglary in the 1st degree after Manchester City Police was dispatched out to Maple Street on Town Branch, with a call concerning a man being at his grandma’s house where he didn’t belong.
