Sex Offender Goes Back to Grand Jury

A Lifetime Sex Offender will be going back in front of a Clay County Grand Jury in August after a recent preliminary hearing. Glenn Henson age 46 is already a lifetime registered sex offender.

City to Take Action on $133,00 in unpaid Water Bills

Looking at over $133,000 in unpaid water bills the Manchester City Council voted to review its water ordinance at their regular July meeting.  The final tally of unpaid bills (since 2007) could be as high as $200,000.
