Starwood Mountain’s Brady Wolfe scored three of his team’s seven runs Saturday to lead Starwood past First National Bank 7-4.

Tater Baker, Collin Hawkins, and Casey Rice also crossed home plate for Starwood Mountain in the win.

Smith's Perfection Leads Dentistry Past Parkway Express

Booneville Dentistry’s Noah Smith pitched three innings of perfection to lead his team past Parkway Express Monday 15-1.

Smith also led the charge offensively for Booneville Dentistry, hitting 3-3 on the day, scoring three runs.

Heavy Hitting Leads KPI Past Begley Lumber

Curry

Begley Lumber's Jacob Curry prepares to bat during recent Little League action.

KPI’s hot bats led them to a 10-7 win over Begley Lumber Saturday.

Blake Carnes paced KPI, hitting 2-2, and scoring three runs in the win.  Austin Jackson also hit 2-2, scoring two runs, while Austin Dezarn recorded two runs as well.

The Clay County Little League 11-12 year old boys’ regular season kicked off Tuesday night, as Begley Lumber and World Finance both came away with season opening victories.
