The Clay County garage had a cook out in the park Friday. Dog Warden Chris Reid, Clay County Judge Executive Joe Asher, Jailer Kenny Price, Constable Jason Smith, and County garage employees enjoyed fried frog legs and fish at Rawlings and Stinson. The County Judge Executive said that the cook out was to thank the county workers for their tireless efforts throughout this past winter.

City Councilman John Ed Pennington is recovering at St. Joseph Hospital in London after suffering congestive heart failure last week.
