Manchester Fire Dept. Saves Fischer Home

Disaster was averted at a house fire in East Manchester Saturday morning.

Pieces of charred insulation lay in the yard of the home of Todd and Debbie Fischer following a house fire that was contained over the weekend.

A man was arrested with large amounts of firearms and methamphetamine in his possession late Wednesday night.

Sheriff's Deputy Raleigh Benge and KSP Trooper Jeff Senters made two arrests in the finding of several weapons and methamphetamine Wednesday.
