Alcohol License Applicants Line Up

Mayor Sends Off First Beer License

Mayor George Saylor mailed out Manchester Speedway’s first beer license Tuesday morning at City Hall.

The Mayor says Manchester Alcohol Beverage Control Officer Patrick Robinson approved the application for the beer license, and depending on how fast it receives approval from the State, Speedway will be the first to sell beer in the city.
