The crash of Air Evac Flight 109
Memorial services for victims to be held Saturday
Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 15th at 10 a.m. at North Laurel High School for the victims of Air Evac Flight 109, according to Brian Jackson, Air Evac Program Director in Manchester.

Sheriff John Root is reporting that the bodies of the Air Evac 109 Flight Crew were escorted back from Frankfort late Friday night (6-7-2013) by all area emergency service personnel who participated as a show of respect and honor for their comrades who paid the ultimate sacrifice “to lay down their life so a stranger can live .“

Manchester Memorial Hospital celebrated National Hospital Week May 13 – 17. For that week and the week following, employees were encouraged to bring in donations to help families in Goose Rock and Brightshade who were affected most by the recent flooding.
