A Propane truck that overturned on Greenbriar Road led to the evacuation of dozens of homes Monday.
Manchester Fire Chief Jamey Mills, Assistant DM Jennings Johnson, truck owner Ray Brown, and fire fighters were on scene after a Propane truck flipped into a 15 foot revenue on Greenbriar Road Monday.
