EKCEP, H.O.M.E. Offer $500,000 to Cover Training Wages 
for Hired Miners

EKCEP and its Hiring Our Miners Everyday (H.O.M.E.) initiative are putting a half million dollars on the table to create partnerships with Eastern Kentucky employers to bring a total of 100 out-of-work miners into On-the-Job Training (OJT) positions at their businesses before mid-May.
