Congressman Hal Rogers presented PRIDE Coordinator Tammy Anderson (Middle) and Mayor George Saylor (Left) with an award for the City of Manchester’s efforts for PRIDE Clean-up. Rogers asked the City of Manchester and the County of Clay to push just as hard this year, to help keep Kentucky clean.

Congressman Hal Rogers made an appearance in Manchester Tuesday to rally support for legislation (Senate Bill 45 and House Bill 15) that would require a prescription for pseudoephedrine-containing products – the key ingredient in methamphetamine production.
Congressman Hal Rogers thanked Manchester citizens for their leadership role against drugs in South Eastern Kentucky, and asked for their continued support at a SB 45 rally in Frankfort Thursday.
