Property tax season is coming to a close April 15, and the Clay County Sheriff's Office is asking tax payers to pay their delinquent taxes.

Community Facing Serious Drug Problems
Legislation that reforms the penal code sailed through legislature earlier this month, the effects of which may be harmful to communities facing serious drug problems.
The new law will reduce prison time for "low-level, nonviolent drug offenders".
