My intentions are to provide a balanced and honest review of the following findings of fact that relate to the Laurel Creek Health Care Center located at 1033 N. Highway 421, Manchester KY 40962 of Clay County.

The mess in Washington, D.C. is that our government is the result of a long-range plan formulated, funded and executed by the left-wing liberal secular progressive movement; namely, the Carnegie Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, and George Soros groups to name a few.

Important Legislation
Presently, we have two very important reasons to use the 10th amendment, nullification process. Obamacare with its 2,000 plus pages of legalese that only a lawyer can properly understand, which includes gun control measures, hidden taxes and provisions to force people to buy health insurance policies (premiums have increased more than $3,000 per year) as well as financing for abortion.
