Missing Our Daddy

June 29, 1954 - January 7, 2009

Daddy, we thought of you again today.  Sadness

began to fill our hearts, because we were your

family and we loved you dearly.

We miss your life, we miss your smile,

We miss the love we shared.

We miss your voice, we miss your touch,

Our Hearts are bleeding and bare.

In life we loved you so dearly,

In death we love you even still.

You had a place within our hearts

That no one else can ever fill.

We were so proud to call you daddy,

We were proud to be your daughters.

You may now be gone from our sight,

But never from our memory.

The hardest thing we ever had to face

Was having to let you go, because we

Didn’t get to tell you the things

We wanted you to know

We didn’t get to tell you we love you

One more time, or even say goodbye.

Part of our world slipped away

That morning you passed away.

We know that you knew we love you,

We know that you knew we cared.

But that still doesn’t stop us from

wishing you were here.

Now we pray that God gives us the

Strength to make it through, Knowing

Each day our love remains and we

Will be missing you.

In Loving Memory of Alma Sue Roberts

In memory of my daughter, Alma Sue Roberts, who passed away on January 7th, 1989. It has been 22 years now that you have been gone from us. We miss you so much, we think about you day and night Alma. We love you so much, and it hurts so bad that God took you away.

Hacker Family Expresses Thanks

We the family of Bonnie Sue Hacker would like to publicly thank all who showed kindness and concern during the illness and passing of our beloved wife, mother and sister. To those who sent flowers and gifts, thank you for a beautiful gesture for a beautiful lady. Thanks to the staff of the Laurel Creek Health Care Center for the excellent care and attention for Bonnie and her family. The Manchester Pentecostal Church and Pastor Dean Lawson were so dedicated to Bonnie by sending food and their many prayer vigils.

Thanks to Rominger Funeral Home for making things so much easier for the family and to Paula Ann for making Bonnie the attractive lady she always was.

And many thanks to the doctors and staff of the Medical Associates of Southeast Kentucky who treated Bonnie these past 21 months with such medical expertise. May God bless each person who was a part of Bonnie’s life.

We would like to thank your for your prayers, kind words, help, flowers, food and visits during her sickness and our time of sorrow. She was blessed to have so many family and friends to love her. We appreciate all that you did and we cannot thank you enough.

She was loved by so many and she loved so many. Remember the good times and smiling face, she still lives on in our hearts. We shall see our Mom and Friend again in Heaven. II Corinthians 1:7
