In Memory of Eli Marcum

This month will mark 4 full months since the day I recieved the news a body was found that belonged to my daddy.  I put his picture in the paper to ask for prayers to ease this sadness that has engulfed my thougts and overpowers my mind.  I put his picture in the paper to ask for prayers for those in my family and those that knew and loved my daddy.  I put his picture in the paper because it is evident I need the power of prayer to put my mind at ease about the daddy I loved with every piece of me. Most of all, I put his picture of me and my daddy in the paper to remind people that above all my daddy was more than a mug shot displayed on t.v. and on paper.  To me my daddy was my world and without him I am lost.   Despite this tragedy, I will strive and fight to keep love in my heart, kindness in my thoughts, and forgiveness in my actions because I want to honor the values he instilled in me.  My daddy gave me the greatest gift in the world, a gift I carry everyday, and a gift no man can ever take; unconditional love.   Again, I ask for prayers that those who committed this act will find forgiveness for thier decisions and will find the grace to ease the minds of my family.  I find myself looking at this picture all the time of my sweet daddy and remembering all the times he made me laugh when nobody else could, eased my sadness when I was heavy hearted, and comforted my heart when it ached.  The ones we love never really leave us, and my daddy will always live on through me.

Matthew 6:14-15
For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

Love Always
Your Daughter S.S.

In Memory of Sara Ethel "Tootsie" Robinson

We would like to thank everyone for their kindness and generosity.  Also, for keeping us in your thoughts, prayers and to all the churches that supported us.
Thank you to the ones that came to the scene of the accident.  Also, to the ambulance and rescue personnel.  A thank you goes to the U.K. Medical Center staff.
Thank you to Lakes Funeral Home for making the service good.  Thank you, Brian Thomas for making the funeral feel not like a funeral but a celebration of "Tootsie" going home.  Thank you Turbyfill family for the beautiful songs.
If we left anyone out who gave us cards, letters, money, food, etc… it was not intentional.
We thank you with all our hearts.  We still need your prayers.  God Bless You!
Callie Robinson, daughter and the Robinson Family
