Carol Frazier

Mrs. Carol Frazier, age 64 of Frazier Road in Manchester, passed away Monday, January 31st, 2011 at her home.  She was born February 28th, 1946 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Phillip and Myrtle Martin Wilson.  She was a cook for Memorial Hospital and the Laurel Creek Health Care Center.
She is survived by her husband: Harley Gene Frazier of Frazier Road, her daughter:  Lisa Hollin and her husband Travis of Manchester, her sons: Eddie Frazier and his wife Donna of Manchester, and Anthony Frazier and his wife Mist of Manchester.  Also surviving are 8 grandchildren:  William Mullins, Nova Mullins, Shannon Mullins, Ethan Mullins, Ashley Frazier, Tiffany Frazier, Amanda Frazier, and Mattie Frazier, and these brothers and sisters:  Paul Wilson of Jackson County, Kentucky, Albert Wilson of Ohio, Phyllis Frazier of Manchester, Bobby Ray Wilson of Manchester, Ivory Frazier of Manchester, Ollie Hensley of Manchester, and Elleen Davidson of Indiana.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Phillip and Myrtle Wilson, and these brothers and sisters:  Hubert Wilson, Charlie Wilson, Keen Wilson and Malvie Allen.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Carol Frazier will be Friday, February 4th, 2011 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Dick Smith and Rev. Jerome Eversole will be officiating.  Burial will follow in the Morgan-Frazier Cemetery in the Frazier Road Community.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 3rd, after 6PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel
Rominger Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Charlie Sizemore

The Charlie Sizemore family would like to thank everyone who sent flowers, made a donation to Easter Kentucky Veterans Center in Hazard, KY. Or came to the visitation.  We appreciate these acts of kindness very much.
Thanks to Mt. Zion Church of Christ, minister Jerry Brown for the kind words spoken, the members that took time from their busy day to sing at the funeral, the Big Creek Baptist Church, Pastor Steve May and the people that prepared the delicious food, also the Clay Loge #798 for administering Masonic Rights, and the Disabled American Veterans for the Ceremony at the cemetery.
Thank you to the staff at Eastern Ky. Veterans Center that showed so much love and compassion.

Denver Bowling

Denver Bowling, 47, of Fogertown, the husband of Mattie bowling, passed away Friday at the Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services for Denver Bowling were held Tuesday at 2:00 PM at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Ted Eversole and Troy Hubbard officiating.  Burial followed at the Hibbard Cemetery at Hector.

Elizabeth Maupin

Elizabeth Maupin, 105, of Island Creek, passed away Wednesday at the Wellington Manor Nursing Home in Hamilton Ohio.
Funeral services for Elizabeth were held Sunday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Roberts officiating.  Burial followed at the Hounchell bend Cemetery.
