The wait is over, and this weekend marks the beginning of another Clay County Tiger basketball season.
Second-year Head Coach Robert Marcum leads the Tigers to an opening weekend that’s sure to be filled with excitement, as the Tigers host the Big Red Shoot-Out.
“This event is an honor to host every year,” said Coach Marcum, “William ‘Big Red’ Campbell was a legend here, and I have many special memories of him and his legacy. Hosting a Shoot-Out in his honor is a privilege for us this weekend. His accomplishments, time and effort that he put into the Clay County sports programs will never be forgotten.”
