New water tank coming for city

Mayor Steve Collins and the City of Manchester have secured a $1,000,000 grant from Environmental Protection Agency for installation of a new 100,000 gallon fresh water storage tank. This tank will be instrumental in serving the residents of Manchester. The current water system covers over 330 miles and serves several critical facilities including Advent Health. This project was a joint effort with the City of Manchester, Advent Health Manchester and Cumberland Valley Area Development District.
