Amber Alert issued for Clay County Child cancelled

The Amber Alert issued in Clay County for Legend Gibson has been Cancelled. Gibson has been returned safely.

Kentucky State Police Post 11 is actively investigating a missing persons investigation of a Clay County child.

The missing Clay County child is believed to have been taken by his non-custodial parent. Sarah Brumley and Dustin Gibson both of Clay County

Legend Gibson is an 11-month-old child with blond hair and blue eyes.

Parents were last known to be driving 2010 Lincoln MKZ white in color.
