Devin Ray Bowing, age 47 of Oneida, KY was born in Manchester, Ky on September 9, 1979 to the late Larry Bowling of Leslie County and Terri Lee Davidson of Oneida. He departed this life on September 16, 2026.
Devin was a loving father and a friend to many and he will be deeply missed.
In addition to his parents Larry Bowling and Terri Davidson, he is preceded in death by his brother Larry DWayne Bowling and many other relatives and loved ones.
Devin is survived by his wife, Lottie Jackson-Bowling and his children, Skylar Dewayne Gage Bowling and Abigayle Katelyn Roark; two brothers, Todd Sester & Justin Bowling; and five sisters, Jolina Colwell and husband Willie, Angela Bowling, Mary Hensley, Rona Carver and Michelle Smith. He leaves a host of nephews, nieces, and many other relatives, friends, and loved ones to mourn his passing.
There will be a gathering of friends and family at the Barbourville Funeral Home Manchester Chapel on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 5-6pm for family and 6-9pm for everyone. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
