The Perry County Sheriff's Department arrested Greg Sizemore, age 63, of Manchester, KY, on Monday, January 5th, 2026 at the Grand View Plaza Shopping Center when Sizemore had arrived there to a pre-arranged meeting he is suspected to have made with a 17 year old juvenile.
Investigators believe that Sizemore had arranged to meet the 17 year old juvenile at this location and would exchange money for sexual activities.
Sizemore was met by Captain Jessie Day, where he was arrested on scene and lodged in KRRJ on the following charges:
-Custodial Interference (attempt)
-Proc or Prom use of Minor by Electronic Means (Attempt)
-Human Trafficking- Comm Sex Activity Victim Less than 18 years old (Attempt)
The case is under further investigation by Capt. Day.
