Lutha Faye Henson

Lutha Faye Henson, 64, of Manchester, KY, passed away Thursday, March 21st, at the Advent Health Manchester Hospital.

Lutha was born in Manchester, KY on April 22, 1959, a daughter of the late Henry and Lula Smith Hubbard.

Lutha is survived by her husband, Leroy Henson; and her children: Joey Henson, Billy Henson, Frankie Henson and wife DeeDee, Willie Joe Henson, and Rutha Henson, all of Manchester.

She is also survived by her brothers and sisters: Frank Hubbard of Bar Creek, Henry Hubbard, Jr. of Chop Bottom, Sadie Henson and husband Woodrow of Bar Creek, and Eller Bush and husband Jessie of Bar Creek. As well as the following grandchildren: Billy Jo Henson, Frankie Jo Henson, Willie Jo Henson, Ashley Henson, Shayla Henson, Adrian Henson, Sonny Henson, Grayson Henson, Bentley Cheek, and Madilynn Cheek; one nephew, Skylar Hubbard.

In addition to her parents, Lutha was preceded in death by her daughter, Crystal Michele Hubbard; and her brothers: Wilbur Hubbard and Willie Hubbard.

Services were held on Monday, March 25th at Britton Funeral Home, with Don Hubbard and Charlie Hubbard officiating. Burial followed in the Smith Sizemore Cemetery on Hector.
