Earl “Dude” Mosley

Earl “Dude” Mosley departed this world on April 9th, 2024, at his residence in London, KY surrounded by his loving family and friends. Earl was born on November 24th, 1948, to the late Elbert and Pearl Mosley. He was a beloved brother, uncle, and friend. He was of the Pentecostal faith and loved the Lord with his whole heart.

Earl loved spending time with his family and friends, and he loved to grow a tomato plant or two, for that is all he needed. He had a green thumb when it came to gardening. He used to work on televisions in which he was named the TV specialist. He loved watching Margaret Drake and praising the Lord. He would preach on those he loved all the time never failing to give God the glory and the praises. Earl was just a special, loving, and kindhearted human being. Everyone loved him.

Earl leaves to mourn his passing his brothers, Willie Mosley (Charlena) of Manchester, KY, and Denver Mosley (Trish) of Bear Branch, KY. He also leaves three loving sisters, Edna Conrad (Wilbur) of London, KY, Lena Hollen (John Edd) of Bear Branch, KY, and Geneva Blevins of London, KY. He leaves a special caregiver, Francesca Conrad, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Earl is preceded in death alongside his loving parents Elbert Mosley and Pearl Mosley, his brother, Stanley Mosley, and two sisters, Judy Mosley and Phronie Baker, also a special nephew, Stanley Gene Mosley.

Visitation for Earl will be Friday April 12th, 2024, at the Bear Branch Baptist Church of Bear Branch, KY starting at 5:00pm for family and 6:00pm for friends. Funeral services will be Saturday April 13th, 2024, starting at 1:00pm, with Harrison Hoskins officiating. Burial will follow at the Phillips Fork Cemetery.
