Harold “Punkin” Lewis

Harold “Punkin” Lewis, age 68 passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born on Saturday, August 25, 1956 in Manchester, Kentucky to Maxine Rawlings Smith.

He leaves to mourn his passing his daughter: Shery Shepherd, his son: Billy Joe Hatfield and his grandchildren: Michael Blaine Shepherd, Alexia Lynn Shepherd, Hunter Hatfield, Meghan Hatfield, Iris Hatfield, Charlie Hatfield and Bill Hatfield. Also surviving are his brothers: George Lewis and Bige Lewis and his sister: Janet Foutch.

He is preceded in death by his mother: Maxine Rawlings Smith and his wife: Betty Lewis.
