Mrs. Annette Wilder Holbrook, 93, the widow of Andrew L. Holbrook, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Kenwood Health and Rehab.
Mrs. Holbrook was born on November 26, 1932, in Clay County, Kentucky. She worked for over 40 years at the Richmond Housing Authority and served as director for four years. Mrs. Holbrook was a member of the First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest H. and Leila Horton Wilder; brothers: William and Jack Wilder and a sister: Ruth Wilder Robinson.
Survivors include her sister: Lucy Spurlock; two sons: Michael L. Holbrook (Helen) and Maruel R. Holbrook; Grandsons: Tyler M. Holbrook, Cameron G. Holbrook, Christopher Friday Holbrook, Dustin A. (Lindsey) Simpson and Logan R. Simpson; Granddaughter Amara W. (Sam) Ferguson; step-granddaughters: Heather (Patrick) Tudor and Dawn (Andrew) Norden; great-grandsons: Blake Bonham, Caleb Bonham, Paul Joseph Tudor and Huxley Tudor as well as many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 8, 2026, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Fort, officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM Thursday afternoon at the funeral home.
Pallbearers: Tyler Holbrook, Cameron Holbrook, Blake Bonham, Caleb Bonham, Patrick Tudor, Greg Wilder and Steve Borders.
