Bernice Sizemore, age 86, of London, KY, passed away peacefully at her home on March 2, 2026. Born on January 4, 1940, in Clay County, KY, she was the beloved daughter of the late Caleb and Ethel Hubbard.
Bernice is survived by her devoted husband, Allen Sizemore of London. She leaves behind a loving family: her children, Betty White of London; Carolyn Hensley of London; Darrell Sizemore of London; Danny Sizemore of Manchester; Debra Hubbard of London; Ronnie Sizemore of London; Terry Sizemore of London; and Sharon Wagers of London. She was a cherished grandmother to 10 grandchildren, a great-grandmother to 17 great-grandchildren, and is remembered fondly by a host of nieces and nephews.
She is also survived by her brothers, Willard Hubbard and Harris Wayne Hubbard, both of Manchester.
Bernice was preceded in death by her siblings, Amos Hubbard, Lillie Bea Collins, and Cleo Collins. She was also preceded in death by her grandchildren, Brandon Hubbard and Jonathan Hensley, and her great-grandchild, Braxton Downey.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Britton Funeral Home, with Roy Lane Woods and Paul Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at Sizemore Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation at 6 PM on Friday, March 6, 2026, also at Britton Funeral Home.
Bernice will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
