He leaves to mourn his passing his children: Jessica Bohannon, Kevin Smith and Brandon Smith; these grandchildren: Isabella Asher, Zechariah Bohannon, Lincoln Smith, Luca Smith, Winter Smith, Brayden Smith, Paisley Smith, Serenity Smith and Dante Smith. Also surviving are these brothers and sisters: Willie B. Smith, George Smith, Bob Smith, Lorene Swafford, Jean Henson, and Callie Smith.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Ben and Edith Smith, his brothers: Vernon Smith and Ralph Smith.
Funeral Services for Charles Smith were conducted on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rominger Funeral Home. Rev. Paul Mitchell and Rev. Don Hubbard officiating. Burial followed in the Smith Cemetery on Chop Bottom.
