Curtis Wayne Minton age 46 of Manchester, Kentucky departed this life on Friday, February 6, 2026.
Curtis was born on March 27, 1979, in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Walter Cupp and Alpha France Henson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Cupp.
Curtis was a loving son, father, partner and brother.
Curtis leaves behind his mother; Alpha Henson, his girlfriend; Sandy Moore, two sons; Stormy River Smith and Jordan Wagers, a daughter; Heaven Lynn Marion, a brother; Randy Minton, two sisters; Denise Minniefield and Robin Saylor, along with many friends who loved him dearly that will miss and mourn his passing.
Curtis was well loved and known for his good heart. He was the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. His generosity, loyalty and compassion touched many lives, and he built strong friendships wherever he went.
Like many, Curtis faced personal struggles and suffered with other issues during his life, but he continued to care deeply for those around him. His strength, humanity, and willingness to love despite challenges will always be remembered.
Curtis leaves behind a legacy of kindness, love and the reminder to look out for one another. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral services for Curtis Wayne Minton will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 2:00 P.M at Whites Branch Church in Manchester, Kentucky. Rev. Oakley Vaughn will be officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 12, 2026, after 5:00 P.M at the Whites Branch Church in Manchester, Kentucky. The family has chosen cremation after the services.
