Ella Hobbs, age 60, of Manchester, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2026, at her home. She was born on August 7, 1966, in Clay County, Kentucky, to the late Tolman Hubbard and Donna Wagers Hubbard.
Ella worked at AdventHealth Manchester Hospital. She will be remembered with love by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Hobbs; her children, Jonathan Smith and wife Tiffany of Cannon, Jerry Smith and wife Melissa of Manchester, and Mathew Hobbs of Manchester; her grandchildren, Madison Smith, Trace Hoskins, Devon Hobbs, Isabella Hobbs, Andrew Hobbs, and Jayden Hobbs; and her siblings, Michael Hubbard of Gooserock, Donna Gilliam of Manchester, Connie Henson of Manchester, and Barbara Harmon of Manchester.
In addition to her parents, Ella was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Hyde.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026. Burial will follow at Sam Hubbard Cemetery in Manchester, Kentucky.
