Marcella (Bray) Jackson, daughter of the late Miller and Peggy (Wagers) Bray was born on September19, 1958 in Clay County, Kentucky. She was united in marriage to Fred Jackson who preceded her in death. She is survived by her children; Jason Jackson and wife Angela, and Eric Jackson and wife Candace all of London, Kentucky, Amy Jones and husband Shaun of Burlington, North Carolina, and Ashley Rutledge and husband Austin of Charleston, South Carolina; by her siblings, Leslie Bray of Salado, Texas, and Wendell Bray of Manchester, Kentucky; by her grandchildren, Abigail Jackson, Jason Jackson Jr., Avaleigh Jackson, Thomas Jones, Mitchell Jones, Lucas Jones, Caleb Jones, Aiden Rutledge, Carter Rutledge, Audrey Grace Jackson, Ryan Hammond, Jacob Hammond, Payton Vaughn, and Rocky Vaughn, by her great-granddaughter, A. Marie Blu Nelson, and by a host of other relatives and friends who mourn her passing. She was a member of Providence Missionary Baptist Church and a retired Department Manager for Walmart. Marcella (Bray) Jackson departed this life on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 being 66 years, 3 months, and 6 days of age.
Funeral Services for Marcella (Bray) Jackson will be conducted 1:00PM Monday, December 30, 2024 in London Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Trent Poole officiating. Burial will follow at Jackson Cemetery. The family of Marcella (Bray) Jackson will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 12:00 Noon Monday, December 30, 2024 until the funeral hour.
