Penny Hubbard Sevier, 48, of Manchester, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Hospice of Lake Cumberland in Somerset, Kentucky. She was born on October 18, 1977, in Lexington, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Gregory Hubbard.
Penny is survived by her son, Tristan Hubbard of Graniteville, South Carolina; her grandson, Oliver Hubbard; her father, Robert Hubbard (Loretta) of Manchester; her sister, Tammy Sizemore (Brett) of Somerset; her brother, Robert Hubbard Jr. (Janet) of Manchester; and her stepsister, Jessica Hubbard of Manchester.
She is also survived by her nieces and nephews: Samantha Sortino (Edward) of Yucca Valley, California; Cameron Bowling of Somerset; Isaiah Hubbard (Amber) of Manchester; Crystal Wagers (Matt) of London; Gwen Smith of London; Harley Hubbard (Shannon) of London; and Phoenix Lunsford.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at Britton Funeral Home, with Dudley Lynch officiating. Burial will follow at Dobson Cemetery on Horse Creek. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
