Randy “Humpy” Hacker, aged 59, of Oneida, KY, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025, in Oneida, KY. He was born on March 16, 1966, in Oneida, KY, the son of the late Frank and Alice (Ruth) Hacker.
He is survived by his three siblings: Connie Owens and husband Jake, Tommy Hacker and wife Elaine, all of Manchester, KY, and Viola Delph and husband Kenny of Oneida, KY; plus, a host of nieces and nephews to mourn his passing.
A memorial service for Randy “Humpy” Hacker will be conducted on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 5 p.m. at Church of God Worship Center in Manchester, KY, with Bro. Brad Stevens officiating and a reading of the obituary by Bub Owens. The family of Randy Hacker will receive friends from 4 p.m. until the time of service at 5 p.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025, at Church of God Worship Center as well.
