Robert Love, age 70, of Manchester, Kentucky, passed away at his home on Sunday, August 30, 2026. Born in Manchester on May 31, 1956, Robert was the son of the late Robert and Lucy Henson Love.
Robert will be remembered with love by his family and friends. He shared his life with his beloved wife, Peggy Grigsby Love of Manchester, and was a proud father to his sons, Christopher Love of Manchester, Robert Love of Corbin, and Matthew Love of London. He also leaves behind his treasured grandchildren, Tara Love, Mackenzie Love, Erica Love, and Destiny Love.
He is also survived by his brother, Russell Love, and his sisters, Glenda Love and Bobbie Love, all of Manchester; his cousin, Ronnie Henson of Manchester; two special friends, Sarah Davenport of Corbin and Michelle Henson of Manchester; along with a host of other family members and friends who will cherish his memory.
In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Love.
Funeral services were held. on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at Britton Funeral Home, with James Wagers and Don Hubbard officiating. . Burial followed at Birch Cemetery.
