Willie McIntosh, Jr, age 80, of Manchester, KY, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Hospice of Lake Cumberland in Somerset, KY. He was born on June 29, 1945, in Oneida, KY, the son of the late Willie P. and Mary (Frye) McIntosh. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Edith Gay and Dessie Mattingly and a brother Willard Gene McIntosh.
He is survived by his children, Kevin Ray McIntosh of Indiana, Jerry Wayne McIntosh of Somerset, KY, and Deborah Lynn McIntosh of Manchester, KY; numerous beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters Ava Gay and Lucy Holcomb; plus, a host of family and friends to morn his passing.
He was a United States Army veteran serving in the Vietnam war and was of the Christian faith.
Funeral services for Willie McIntosh, Jr. will be conducted on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 1PM at Hampton Celebration of Life Funeral Chapel with Bro. Gerald McIntosh officiating. Burial will follow at the Mcintosh Cemetery in Buckhorn, KY. Serving as pallbearers will be Gerald Wayne McIntosh, Kevin Ray McIntosh, Robert Gay Jr., Leonard Gay, Randall Gay, and Jimmy Ray McIntosh. The family of Willie McIntosh Jr. will receive friends from 11AM until the time of service at 1PM on Sunday, September 28, 2025.
