Mr. Charles Doll, Jr.

Mr. Charles Doll, Jr., age 89 went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 15, 2024 at his home. He was born in Friday, May 4, 1934 in Covington, Kentucky to the union of Charles Doll, Sr. and Katherine Stubbeman Doll. He was a retired school teacher, former Girls Track and Cross Country Coach and a faithful member of the Island Creek Missionary Baptist Church.

He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved daughter: Melissa Doll and husband Arthur, his granddaughter: Jolene Fields, his great grandchildren: Kade and Kylee as well as his sisters: Harriet Meyer and Betty Wright and husband: Dick. Also surviving are his nieces and nephews: Brenda Marsee, Sheila Brumley, Paul Mills, Dana Wolfe and Darrell Meeks as well as his special friends: Brianna Clowers and Donna Garrison.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Charles Doll, Sr. and Katherine Stubbeman Doll, his wife: Mary Stamper Doll and his nieces and nephews: Larry Lovitt, Shondia Meyer, Kirk Marsee and Cheryl Meyer.

Funeral Services for Mr. Charles Doll, Jr. will be conducted on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. George Grigsby and Rev. Barry Hubbard will be presiding. The family will receive friends and loved ones on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 after 4 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment for Mr. Charles Doll, Jr. will be held at 12 PM on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at the Barbourville City Cemetery in Barbourville, Kentucky.
